When we first onboarded with the Apple team we learned they had a good foundation of content lifecycle processes, but changes were necessary to support the incoming strategy and tone of voice updates, as well as supporting a team staffed to take on the significant volume of content. We also were encouraged by the clients to break their old habits, establish new ones, and find new routes of efficiency. Ultimately, all of the new and updated processes we developed led to cutting production and execution turnaround times to a fraction of what they once were, aligned team members on roles and responsibilities, and ensured no content slipped through the cracks.
