SOUR PATCH KIDS had established itself on the internet as agents of chaos, being the first to react to moments in culture, trends, and internet conversations, but the boundaries of their sour then sweet personality needed to be pushed out of corporate’s attempt at internet lingo and into speaking like a real human who is just as online as the audiences they’re trying to hit. After two years of learnings, growth, and finessing the tone of voice to match speedy pace of the digital lexicon, we took the existing social strategy and breathed new life into it for the next generation of what it means to be truly Sour then Sweet.
